Covocational ministry is serving as a committed minister of the gospel while also working in a regular career or profession.

We live in a world of tremendous spiritual need, yet there are too few Christian workers. Jesus said, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” Every believer is called to join God’s mission—not as a spectator, but as an active kingdom worker.

Church leaders are called to equip God’s people for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:11–12). Church isn't just where ministry happens; it is a community that sends people out to live on mission in their everyday lives.

Covocational ministry means balancing ministry with work, family, and everyday responsibilities. It isn’t always easy, but we believe it becomes sustainable when we do it together.

Like the early church in Acts 2:42–47, we seek to share life, encourage one another, bear each other’s burdens, and live on mission as a community. This shared way of life helps us serve God faithfully wherever He has placed us.
