In 2018, one couple scouted churches in the DMV area that couldn't hire a youth pastor, and found about 10 very quickly! To meet that need, a team of about 40 moved to Fairfax in 2019, and currently partner with 18 churches in Virginia and Maryland. Our goal is to help youth develop personal convictions and live out their faith, and to train them to serve their local churches.
